Good points... Neighbors aren't always tire-kickers. Often, they're an asset in expanding exposure to a broader pool of real buyers.

I agree...I think having a sign up really helps to sell the house. I'm seeing a lot of people visiting our area, that just want to drive around and see what's for sale before they talk with an agent. Signs generate a lot of interest. I also agree with having a brochure box on the sign.
